Is it genuinely free?
Yes, completely. The Health Check is how we introduce ourselves and show we understand accountancy practices. You get honest, useful advice whether or not you ever become a client.
How long does it take?
Around 15 to 20 minutes. We walk through a plain-English checklist together, by phone, video call or in person, and you come away knowing where you're exposed and what to prioritise.
Do we need to prepare anything?
No homework required. It helps if whoever knows a little about your current setup (or your practice manager) is on the call, but we'll guide the conversation.
What happens to our information afterwards?
We only use your details to carry out the Health Check and respond to you. No spam, no selling data on. Everything is handled in line with UK GDPR, see our privacy policy.
