Do you support our practice software, or just the computers?

Both. We support the devices, network, email and Microsoft 365, and we're the people who liaise with IRIS, CCH, Sage, TaxCalc or your cloud bookkeeping vendor when something needs hosting, updating or troubleshooting. You get one number to call.

How does the per-user price work?

Can you work alongside our existing setup?

Yes. We'll start with a Health Check to understand what you've got, then take over the day-to-day support and quietly fix the risky bits, no rip-and-replace unless something genuinely needs it.
