Pricing questions

Why per user, per month?

It's the fairest and most predictable model for a practice. You pay for the people who actually use IT, your cost scales cleanly as you grow, and there are no surprise bills. Accountants tend to appreciate a number they can budget around.

What counts as a 'user'?

Generally anyone who uses a computer or email as part of their work, partners, fee-earners and admin staff. We'll confirm the exact count with you so it's transparent, and adjust it as people join or leave.

Is there a long contract?

We keep terms straightforward and explain them plainly before you commit. We'd rather keep your business by doing good work than by locking you into something you don't understand. TODO: owner to confirm minimum term and notice period.

What about one-off projects?

Anything outside day-to-day support, a cloud migration, a new server, an office move, is quoted clearly in advance, so you always know the cost before we start. No open-ended 'we'll have a look and let you know' invoices.
